The Albert J Lutz was a Canadian halibuter from Digby, Nova Scotia. She was built in 1908 and commanded for some years by Captain John Apt. She went lost after WW I. The Lutz is shown coming out of a squall with storm trysail set and a reefed foresail. A fast vessel, she won the Britain trophy in 1912. Apt's daughter gave the trophy to the Halifax museum.
